采用Monte-Carle模拟和实验测量的方法,开展在不同能量X射线辐照时LiF(Mg,Cu,P)热释光剂量计(TLD)达到电子平衡所需补偿材料厚度的研究.实验结果表明:模拟计算和实验测量的结果符合较好,在X射线有效能量为83 keV、118 key、208 keV时,均需在TLD照射面添加一定厚度的补偿材料,且厚度随能量不断增加.%Using Monte-Carlo calculation and experimental measurement,the thickness of electron equilibrium compensating material of LiF (Mg,Cu,P) thermoluminescent dosimeter (TLD) under different X ray is studied.The stimulation result and the experimental result match each other very well,it shows that when the X ray effective energy is 83 keV,118 keV,208 keV,a certain thickness of electron equilibrium compensating material is needed on the surface of TLD,and the thickness increases with the X ray energy.
