以玉米淀粉为原料,采用挤压膨化法制备磷酸酯淀粉,以取代度(DS)为指标,研究各反应因素对产品DS的影响,并通过正交试验确定了其最佳工艺条件.通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振波谱(NMR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、比表面积分析(BET),对制备的挤压膨化磷酸酯淀粉进行了结构表征.将不同DS的挤压膨化磷酸酯淀粉添加到卷烟滤嘴中,考察了DS对主流烟气中氨释放量的影响.结果表明:①制备挤压膨化磷酸酯淀粉的最佳工艺条件为反应温度120℃,样品水分含量24%,螺杆转速120 r/min,磷酸盐添加量9%;②挤压膨化磷酸酯淀粉对主流烟气中氨释放量有明显的降低作用;⑨随着DS的增加,氨释放量减少,氨释放量降低率可达32.44%,选择性降低率为21.69%.%Phosphorylated starch was produced from corn starch using an extrusion process.The extrusion variables were studied on the degree of substitution (DS).The optimized conditions of preparing phosphorylated starch were determined based on orthogonal experiment.The structure of resulting phosphorylated starch was characterized by Fourier-transform infrared spectra (FT-IR),Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR),Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and surface area analysis (BET).The phosphorylated starch was tested as a stabilizing additive in cigarette filter,with respect to the influence of DS on ammonia delivery of mainstream cigarette smoke.Results showed that:1) Optimum conditions obtained at 120 ℃,24% moisture content,120 rpm screwing speed,9% phosphate content;2) Phosphorylated starch can greatly reduce ammonia from mainstream cigarette smoke.3) Increasing DS,Ammonia emission was reduced by as much as 32.44% and the selective reduction rate was about 21.69%.
