The function and operating principle of the steel strip tracking system for the pickling cold tandem mill were introduced briefly. Taking the strip tracking system for 1450 mm cold tandem mill in Putian Company of Ansteel as example, such technologies as the process for dividing the regions for tracking the steel strip, technology for tracking the weld seam and the process for switching the set points on rolling procedures were analyzed deeply. The production practice shows that the steel strip tracking system operates smoothly and reliably and has a higher tracking accuracy, which can meet the technological requirements of the continuous rolling.%简要介绍了酸洗冷连轧机带钢跟踪系统的功能及工作原理。以鞍钢莆田1450冷连轧机带钢跟踪系统为例，对带钢跟踪区域划分、焊缝跟踪以及轧制设定值数据切换等技术内容进行了深入分析。生产实践表明，该系统运行稳定可靠，带钢跟踪精度较高，满足了连续轧制的工艺要求。
