目的：评价开窗减压术治疗青少年牙源性颌骨囊肿的疗效。方法30例9～18岁的青少年颌骨囊肿病例，行开窗减压术，每日行囊腔冲洗。于术后1、3、6个月复诊，行曲面断层片检查，观察和分析囊肿的长径变化、囊肿周围骨质骨化过程及囊腔内牙胚萌出情况，并参照Nakamura的疗效评价标准对治疗效果进行评价。结果术后1、3和6个月，囊腔逐渐被新生骨替代，颌骨生长发育及牙胚的萌出未受影响。疗效评价显示3个时间组整体或两两比较，均有显著性差异。术后6个月观察，19例（63．3％）颌骨囊肿行开窗减压术后疗效评价为优，9例（30％）评价为良，2例（6．7％）评价为疗效差，总有效率为93．3％。随访至术后1年时，18例患者囊腔消失，无需进一步治疗，12例患者在囊腔缩小的基础上继行囊肿刮治术，无1例复发。结论开窗减压术是治疗青少年颌骨囊肿的是一项安全、有效、适合推广的技术方法。%Objective To evaluate curative effect of fenestrating decompression on jaw cyst in teenagers .Methods Thirty cases were treated with fenestrating decompression and followed up by 1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation .Clinical symptoms and ra-diographical findings were analyzed according to Nakamura's method.Results The cysts cavity had been gradually replaced by the new born bones .The growth of jaw and eruption of dental germ were uninfluenced .There was significant difference between every two groups.Six months after operation, the effect of fenestrating decompression was evaluated as extremely effective (63.3%), moderately effective (30%), and poorly effective (6.7%).And the total effective rate was 93.3%.One year's follow up showed that the cystic lesions disappeared in 18 cases and enucleation was taken in the other 12 cases while the cavity became narrow and small .There was no recurrence.Conclusions The fenestrating decompression is a safe ,reliable,and effective way to treat jaw cysts in teenagers .
