非线性关系下的工程项目工期-成本-质量综合优化

         

摘要

Time, cost and quality are main aspects in construction project management.They must be considered togather because they are interdependent and mutual influence.This paper allocated the maximum and the minimum of project indirect cost and benefit ahead of schedule to each activity which made up the project.It constructed the non-linear relationship between activity cost and duration, and between quality and duration, and established the time-cost-quality integrated optimization model using multi-attribute utility function theory, and solved the model with genetic algorithms.At last, a case study proves that the model can shorten the time, reduce the cost and improve the quality of construction projects as well.%工期、成本和质量是工程项目管理的主要内容,三者相互依存、相互影响.需要综合考虑.特工程项目间接成本和提前投产效益的上下限平均分摊到各工程活动中,构建各工程活动综合成本与持续时间之间、工程活动质量与持续时间之间的非线性关系,利用多属性效用函数理论建立项目工期-成本-质量综合优化模型,并用遗传算法求解.最后通过案例说明本文的优化模型不仅有效缩短了项目工期,还降低了项目成本,提高了工程质量.
