研究了在温和的条件下,金属卟啉催化氧气氧化2-甲基喹啉为喹啉-2-羧酸的新的绿色合成方法。重点考察了金属卟啉种类及用量、反应温度和压力、反应时间、碱的浓度、溶剂种类等不同影响因素对反应的影响。结果表明,在最优的反应条件下(120℃,1.5 MPa,8 h,4×10-5mol/L的T(p-OCH3)PPCoCl,1.6 mol/L的NaOH,溶剂为乙醇)2-甲基喹啉的转化率达到了40.75%,喹啉-2-羧酸的选择性和收率分别达到了24.59%和10.02%,并研究了该反应的机理。%The novel green synthesis method of 2-methyl-quinoline to quinoline-2-carboxylic acid cata-lyzed by metalloporphyrins under mild conditions with molecular oxygen was reported. Different influen-cing factors including type and content of the catalyst,reaction temperature and pressure,reaction time, concentration of sodium hydroxide and solvent were investigated. The results showed under the optimal conditions:4. 0 × 10 -5 mol/L T(p-OCH3)PPCoCl,1. 6 mol/L NaOH and 1. 5 MPa of the oxygen pressure at 120 ℃ for 8 h ethanol as solvent,conversion rate of 2-methyl-quinoline reached 40. 75%,and the se-lectivity and the yield of quinoline-2-carboxylic acid reached 24. 59% and 10. 02%,respectively,and the reaction mechanism was studied.
