The Jingshunlu Station of Beijing Subway Line 14 is an open-excavated station,whose south end is shield interval.The conventional method which finishing station construction before shield arrival could not be used due to adjustment of station position and delayed early work.Combined ground and in-pit strengthening measures were adopted to solve the soil instability and water leakage problems around tube piece.Optimum design and construction control were carried out to guarantee station foundation pit safety,and relevant construction problems were discussed.This project provided certain references for similar projects in Beijing and other regions of China.%北京地铁14号线京顺路站为明挖车站,南端为盾构因间,因车站位调整和前期工作滞后,无法采用车站施做完成后再接收盾构机的常规方法.为此采取地面和坑内相结合的加固措施,解决管片周围土体失稳和渗漏水的问题,通过优化设计和施工控制,保证了车站基坑安全.
