可移动液压式整体升降楼板脚手架设计与计算

         

摘要

Aiming at the present stage building floor type of full house scaffold,large amount of labor workers are used,the labor intensity is high,the erection period is longer.And there are some security risks and other shortcomings.A high degree of mechanization of a new integral lifting floor scaffold is proposed for the first time in this paper.Its structural configuration is designed,and its components and specifications of timber is calculated.It is proved this new scaffold can achieve the propose of safe and reliable.Its operation is simple,and it can save time.%针对现阶段房屋建筑楼板满堂式脚手架搭设中,工人劳动量大、强度高且搭设工期较长,存在安全隐患等缺点,提出一种机械化程度较高的新型整体升降楼板脚手架.对该脚手架进行构造设计并计算各构件的用材及规格,证明其具有可行性,能达到安全可靠,操作简单,省时省力的目的.
