汽车同步器换挡二次冲击的动态仿真

         

摘要

Aiming at the problem of secondary impact of synchronizer during shifting process, the simula-tion software ADAMS is used to conduct a relevant dynamic simulation, with which the law of the influence of design parameters such as the locking chamfer angle and crest line angles at spline teeth end of synchronizer on the mass center position of sleeve, the ending moment of synchronizing and hence the peak of secondary impact force is re-vealed. Finally the best parameter combination of spline teeth end meeting evaluation indicator is obtained and the objectives of reducing the secondary impact of synchronizer and improving the shifting smoothness of vehicle trans-mission are achieved.%针对同步器在换挡过程中的二次冲击问题,运用ADAMS仿真软件,对其进行动态仿真,揭示了花键齿端锁止角和棱线角等设计参数对同步器齿套质心位置和同步结束时刻,以至二次冲击力峰值的影响规律;最终获得满足评价指标的花键齿端最佳设计参数组合,达到了降低二次冲击力峰值,改善汽车变速器换挡平顺性的目标。
