基于元胞粒子群算法的干式DCT换挡品质优化

         

摘要

For improving the shift quality of dry type dual clutch transmission (DCT) , an optimization model for DCT shifting process is established. In view of the defects of local convergence and premature in single optimization algorithm, and by using cellular automata combined with particle swarm optimization, a hybrid algorithm of cellular particle swarm optimization is developed and applied to the optimization of dry DCT shift quality. The results show that the better shift quality of DCT can be achieved by optimizing the clamping force of clutches.%为提高于式双离合器自动变速器(DCT)的换挡品质,建立了DCT换挡过程优化模型;针对单一优化算法易于局部收敛和早熟的缺陷,将元胞自动机和粒子群算法相结合,开发了元胞粒子群混合优化算法,并将其应用于干式DCT换挡品质优化.仿真结果表明,通过优化离合器的压紧力能获得较好的换挡品质.
