A nonautonomous predator-prey model with B-D functional response and stage structure is studied. By the differential equation qualitative and stability theory and Brouwer theory,it is proved that the uniformly persistence for the predator-prey model under the appropriate conditions and if the system is a periodic one, it can have a strictly positive periodic solution which is global asymptotic under the appropriate conditions.%研究了一类具有B-D功能反应及捕食者和食饵均具有阶段结构的两种群非自治捕食系统,通过微分方程定性与稳定性理论和Brouwer定理,得到了系统的一致持久性和周期系统存在惟一全局渐近稳定的周期解的充分条件.
