润滑油拖动特性对高速角接触球轴承保持架运动平稳性的影响

         

摘要

在4109,4106和4050航空润滑油油膜拖动特性试验基础上,给出了3种润滑油油膜拖动系数计算公式,并建立了高速角接触球轴承非线性动力学微分方程组,采用预估-校正的GSTIFF变步长积分算法对其动力学微分方程组进行求解.研究了3种航空润滑油对高速角接触球轴承保持架运动平稳性的影响,结果表明:对于这3种航空润滑油,过小或过大的轴承轴向载荷都不利于保持架运动平稳性,且随着轴向载荷的增加,保持架质心轨迹由混乱到单圆涡动再到多圆涡动;当轴承承受1000N的轴向载荷时,低温工况下优选4109润滑油,高温工况下优选4106润滑油;当轴承润滑油温度为130℃时,轴承不适合承受过小的轴向载荷,在重载的工况下优选4106润滑油,在轻载的工况下优选4050润滑油,4050润滑油在轻载的情况下较4109润滑油适用范围广.%The computational formulas of traction coefficients for oil films of three kinds of aviation lubricating oils 4109,4106 and 4050 are given based on traction characteristics test.The nonlinear dynamics differential equations of high speed angular contact ball bearings are built and solved by predictor-corrector Gear Stiff (GSTIFF) integral algorithm with variable step,and the influence of three kinds of aviation lubricating oils on motion stability of cages in high speed angular contact ball bearings.The research results show that:1) For three kinds of aviation lubricating oils,too big or too small axial load on bearings is adverse to motion stability of cages,the mass center trajectory of cages undergo from disorder to single circle whirl,and then tend to multi-circle whirl with the increase of axial load.2) When axial load is 1 000 N,the lubrication oil 4109 is selected for bearings under low temperature condition,and the lubrication oil 4106 is selected for bearings under high temperature condition.3) When temperature of lubricating oil is 130 ℃,too small axial load is not suitable,the lubrication oil 4106 is selected for bearings under heavy load,the lubrication oil 4050 is selected for bearings under light load,and the lubrication oil 4050 has wide range of application under light load when compared with lubrication oil 4109.
