Aiming at such issues as low assembly efficiency,damaged raceway affecting service life and the potential risks existed during assembly of extra large size spherical roller bearings,the hydraulic assembly machine is designed, and its structure and operating principle are introduced.The practice proves that the assembly accuracy and production efficiency are effectively improved for large size spherical roller bearings.%针对特大型调心滚子轴承人工装配效率低，易造成滚道磕碰伤，影响轴承使用寿命，且存在安全隐患的问题，改进采用液压装配机装配轴承，介绍了该装配机的结构及工作原理，实践证明，其有效提高了大型调心滚子轴承装配精度及生产效率。
