轴承组件配合间隙的数字化公差分析

         

摘要

某光电系统的精密轴承组件中,轴承与轴承内座和外座的配合间隙有很高的精度要求,公差设计时要同时考虑三者的尺寸公差和形位公差对配合间隙的影响.由于形位公差较为复杂,针对传统的公差设计手段无法实现的问题,使用数字化公差分析软件EM-Tolmate对零件的尺寸公差和形位公差进行优化分析,从而合理分配零件的公差,以满足配合间隙的精度要求.%There is a high accuracy requirement for the fit clearance between inner ring and bearing inner seat and the fit clearance between outer ring and bearing outer seat for precision bearing components of a PV system. The influences of dimensional tolerance and geometric tolerance on fit clearance are considered in tolerance design. Because the geometric tolerance is so complex that the traditional tolerance design methods can be used, the digitalized tolerance analysis software EM - Tolmate is used to analyze the geometric tolerance and dimensional tolerance of the components. The tolerance is reasonably allocated to meet the accuracy requirements of fit clearance.
