墩-梁固结的曲线梁桥预应力作用试验研究

         

摘要

为了确定预应力作用对墩-梁固结的混凝土曲线连续梁桥受力性能的影响,制作中墩采用墩-梁固结的曲线连续梁模型桥,进行预应力张拉试验,研究预应力作用对主梁扭转变形和梁端支座反力的影响.结果表明:对于墩-梁固结的曲线连续梁桥,固结墩附近梁段在腹板下方钢束作用下发生向内弧侧翻转的扭转变形,在腹板上方钢束作用下发生向外弧侧翻转的扭转变形;张拉预应力钢束使梁端内弧侧支座反力减小、外弧侧支座反力增大;张拉钢束 N3过程中,桥墩外弧侧出现环向水平裂缝,与实际桥梁中裂缝出现的位置相反,说明固结墩出现水平裂缝的病害可以通过调整预应力的方法解决.%To make clear the influences of the prestressing function on the mechanical behavior of the curved concrete continuous beam bridge with consolidation of the piers and main beam,the model of a curved continuous beam bridge with consolidation of its intermediate pier and main beam was made,the tests of the prestressing steel strand tensioning were carried out and the influences of the prestressing function on the torsional deformation of the main beam and on the reaction forces of the bearings at the beam ends were studied.The results of the study demonstrate that for the curved concrete continuous beam bridge with consolidation of the piers and main beam,the tor-sional deformation that turns over towards the inner arc side occurs in the beam segments close to a consolidated pier under the function of the steel strands in the lower parts of the webs while un-der the function of the steel strands in the upper parts of the webs,the torsional deformation that turns over towards the outer arc side occurs.The tensioning of the steel strands causes the reaction forces of the bearings on the inner arc sides of the beam ends to reduce and the reaction forces of the bearings on the outer arc sides to increase.In the tensioning of the steel strand N3,the circum-ferential horizontal cracks appear on the outer arc side of the pier and the locations of these cracks are contrary to those of the cracks of the actual bridge,showing that the problem of the cracks in the consolidated pier can be resolved by adjusting the prestressing of the steel strands.
