双(N-对氯苯甲酰基)N'-乙二胺硫脲的合成与阴离子识别研究

         

摘要

Under the condition of solid-liquid phase transfer catalysis,the double(N-p-chlorobenzoyl)N'-ethylene diaminethiourea (compound 1)was synthetised using 4-chlorobenzoyl chloride,ammonium thiocyanate and ethylene diamine. Its structures were characterized by melting point,1HNMR,elementary and IR spectra.The interactions between compound 1 and anions(F-、Cl-、Br-、CH3COO-、H2PO4-)were investigated by ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy in dimethyl sulfoxide.The experimental results showed that the 1 : 1 stoichiometry complex was formed between compound 1 and F -,CH3COO- by hydrogen-bonding interaction.%以PEG-400为相转移催化剂,在二氯甲烷溶剂中,以对氯苯甲酰氯、硫氰酸铵和乙二胺为原料,合成一种对称的双硫脲化合物双(N-对氯苯甲酰基)N'-乙二胺硫脲(化合物1).产品经熔点、1H NMR、元素分析及IR光谱等手段进行了表征.利用紫外-可见吸收光谱考察了该硫脲化合物与CH3COO-、F-、C1-、Br-、H2PO4-等阴离子的识别作用,发现化合物1只对CH3COO-、F-具有良好的选择性识别作用.实验表明化合物1与CH3COO-、F-通过氢键形成1 : 1的稳定配合物.
