本实验建立了同时测定蘑菇包装纸中3种荧光增白剂(VBL、CBS、CXT)的高效液相色谱-荧光检测法.样品用乙醇-水(V/V=1/2)溶液作提取剂,30℃条件下超声提取30min.采用Thermo Fisher Accucore C18(250mm×4.6mm,2.6μm)为分析柱,以20mmol·L-1乙酸铵:乙腈(65%:35%)为流动相洗脱,激发波长为350nm,发射波长为430nm.3种荧光增白剂在0.005~10μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r2)均大于0.997;检出限(S/N=3)分别为0.0004、0.0001、0.0006μg·mL-1;回收率范围80.0%~102.7%.%A method for the determination of three fluorescent whitening agents (FWAs )(VBL、CBS、CXT )in paper materials of mushroom wrapping by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with fluorescence detector was developed. The sample were extracted with ethanol-water(V/V=1/2)by sonication for 30min at 30℃. The HPLC method was performed on a column of Thermo Fisher Accucore C18(250mm×4. 6mm,2. 6μm)by elution using 20mmol·L-1 ammonium acetate(65%)and acetonitrile(35%)as the mobile phases,and detected by the fluorescence detector at an excitation wavelength of 350nm and an emission wavelength of 430nm. The target analytes showed good linearity in the range of 0. 005~10μg/mL with the correlation coefficients(r2 )greater than 0. 997. The limits of detection(LOD,S/N=3)were 0. 0004、0. 0001、0. 0006μg·mL-1,The recoveries were in the range between 80. 0% ~102. 7%.
