纳米复合材料CoFe2O4/CD-SBA-15的制备与表征

         

摘要

In order to prepare new absorption material which is easy to be separated in the magnetic environment, Nano-composite CoFe204/β-CD-SBA-15 was synthesized. Its structure and performance were characterized by X-ray deffractin( XRD), infrared spectra analysis ( FT-IR), Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), BET and vibrating sample magnetometer VSM espectively.The results show that CoFe2O4 is dispersed on the frame and pore channel ofβ-CD-SBA-I5, the average pore size of CoFe204/β-GD -SBA-15 is 26. 95nm, specific pore volume is 0. 42cm3/g, the coercivity and saturation magnetization of composite material are 11.26 kA/m and 18.44emu/g. The composite material has potential application prospect in Chemical Separation and wastewater treatment.%为制备在磁性环境下容易分离的新型吸附材料,制备了CoFe2O4/β-CD-SBA-15纳米复合材料,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电镜(TEM)、比表面测定仪(BET)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)对纳米复合材料的结构与性能进行表征.研究表明:CoFe2O4分散在β-CD-SBA-15的骨架和孔道里,CoFe2O4/β-CD-SBA-15纳米复合材料的平均孔径为9.90nm,比孔容积为0.42cm3/g,该复合材料的矫顽力为11.26kA/m,饱和磁化强度为18.44emu/g.研制的材料在化学分离、污水处理领域有潜在的应用前景.
