固体超强酸SO4/ZnO-TiO2催化合成柠檬酸三丁酯

         

摘要

Synthesis of tributyl citrate (TBC) had been studied by using citric acid and n-butanol as reactants and solid superacid SO4/ZnO-TiO2 as a catalyst The influences of reaction condition on the yield of ester were investigated. The results showed that the optimal conditions were using 1% of catalyst with the molar ration of n-butanol to citric acid being 4. 0: 1, at temperature of 130 ℃ - 140 ℃ for 2.5 h. Under this condition, the maximum yield of ester was over 98%.%以固体超强酸SO4/ZnO-TiO2作催化剂,柠檬酸、正丁醇为原料合成了柠檬酸三丁酯(TBC).考察了反应条件对酯化率的影响.结果表明,固体超强酸SO4/ZnO-TiO2是合成柠檬酸三丁酯的良好催化剂,最佳反应条件为:正丁醇和柠檬酸的摩尔比为4.0:1,反应温度130℃-140℃,反应时间2.5h,催化剂用量为柠檬酸质量的1.0%,酯化率达98%以上.
