含酰胺基Gemini阳离子表面活性剂的合成及性能

         

摘要

A series of cationic Gemini surfactants with amide group were synthesized using palmitic acid, N, N-dimethyl-1, 3propanediamine, epichlorohydrin and aliphatic amine as starting materials. The products were characterized by IR spectrum and MS, and the surface chemical properties of the products were measured. Results showed that the critical micelle concentration of the products was lower 1-2 orders of magnitude than the conventional cationic surfactant hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB); The surfactant molecules formed nonspherical micelles when the concentration is 1 ×10-3 mol/L; the solubilization capacity of the products to methylbenzene was about six to eight times higher than CTAB, and they also revealed better emulsification properties in liquid paraffin than CTAB did.%以棕榈酸、N,N-二甲基丙二胺、环氧氯丙烷和脂肪胺为原料合成了一系列Gemini阳离子表面活性剂.用红外光谱、质谱对产品进行了结构分析,并对产品性能进行了测定.结果表明:所合成的Gemini阳离子表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度低于传统阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)1-2个数量级;当浓度为1×10-3mol/L时,Gemini表面活性剂分子在水溶液中形成非球状胶束;对甲苯的增溶能力是CTAB的6-8倍,在液体石蜡中的乳化性能也明显优于CTAB.
