普通高校本科生职业指导课程模块化教学改革实践与思考--以南京农业大学实证调研为例

         

摘要

调研旨在了解职业指导课程在被访高校本科生中的需求情况,探讨职业指导课程模块化教学改革思路。通过调研,初步构建了“职业认知与生涯规划,职业素养训练与能力培养,就业分类指导与求职准备以及就业政策解读与形势分析”的四模块教学方案,并确定了课程模块内容与比重。研究认为,该校职业指导课程性质应为必修加辅修,必修课程教学规模以60人左右为宜,建设专兼结合师资队伍对于实施模块化教学具有积极意义。%This research aims to know the need of vocational guidance curriculum among the undergraduates in surveyed university. It discusses the guiding principles of teaching reform of vocational guidance curriculum modularization. According to the survey, four modules of preliminary teaching plans are set up: vocational cognition and career planning, vocational quality training and ability cultivation, employment classification guidance and job search preparation, employment policy interpretation and situation analysis. It also confirms the contents and proportion of curriculum. The discussion draws the conclusion that the nature of the curriculum is compulsory plus minor,and the suitable class size is 60 students or so. As for implementing modular teaching, setting up a full-time plus part-time teaching staff are of positive significance.
