自运河开凿以来,漕运就成为封建国家的经济命脉,明王朝亦不例外。为运输漕粮,明政府先后在南京、临清、淮安、九江、武昌设立船厂,制造船只,其中淮安清江、临清卫河作为明代最大的漕船修造地,在国家漕运中起着重大的作用。通过对二厂的设置沿革、管理运作、功能作用的分析,揭示了明代漕运政策及京杭运河河道形势的变化。%Canal Transport is one of the most important things to feudal states, and Ming government is no exception. Ming government established shipyards for Canal Transport in Nanjing, Linqing, Huai＇an, Jiujiang, Wuchang, etc. Qingjiang shipyard in Huai＇an and Weihe shipyard in Linqing are the two most largest scale shipyards which play an important role in Canal Transport. This article try to study the change of Canal Transport policy and grand canal channel through the research on the setup, management operation, functional action and development of Qingjiang shipyard and Weihe shipyard.
