目的：观察上鼻道开放对伴嗅觉障碍慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者嗅觉及鼻腔通气的影响。方法选取我院收治的106例伴嗅觉障碍慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者为研究对象。对照组给予鼻内镜手术治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予上鼻道开放术治疗，观察两组术后临床疗效，及两组患者术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组总有效率98.11%较对照组86.79%高；观察组术后并发症总发生率9.43%较对照组11.32%低。结论上鼻道开放对伴嗅觉障碍慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者临床疗效显著，术后能够显著增强患者的嗅觉功能并降低患者鼻通气阻力，具有临床应用价值。%Objective To study the effect of upper nasal opening on olfactory sense and nasal ventilation in dysosmia patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods A total of 106 dysosmia patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps who accepted treatments in our hospital. Patients in the control group were treated with nasal endoscopic surgery, on the base of the control group, patients in the observation group were treated with upper nasal opening. After treatments, we observed the incidence of postoperative complications and clinical effects of these two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was 98.11% which was higher than that of the control group 86.79%, and the difference was signiifcant. The incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was 9.43% which was lower than that of the control group 11.32%, but the difference was not significant.ConclusionThe clinical effect of upper nasal opening on chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps in dysosmia patients is signiifcant.
