目的：儿童支原体肺炎患者给予阿奇霉素与喜炎平联合治疗的应用效果观察。方法选择2015年3月～2016年3月我院收取的儿童支原体肺炎患者79例作为观察对象，根据治疗方法的不同进行对照性研究。结果研究组患儿的临床治疗效果、症状消失时间、不良反应率与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论阿奇霉素联合喜炎平治疗儿童支原体肺炎，用药效果明显，减少不良反应。%Objective To observe the application effect of azithromycin combined with Xiyanping in the treatment of patients with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods From March 2015 to March 2016, 79 cases of patients with mycoplasma pneumonia were selected as the object of observation, according to the different treatment methods for the control study.ResultsThere were statistically significant differences about the clinical curative effect, the symptoms disappear time and adverse reaction rate between two groups (P<0.05).ConclusionAzithromycin combined with Xiyanping injection in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia has obvious effects, which reduces the adverse reactions.
