Objective To compare and analyze the effect of water sac compression and gauze packing in the treatment of massive hemorrhage during cesarean section. Methods According to different ways of hemostasis, 60 cases of cesarean section in patients with major bleeding were divided into A group and B group, A group using water sac compression hemostasis, B group with gauze packing to stop bleeding, compared the two groups of treatment effect. Results The average operation time, incidence of complications and average blood loss of group A were better than those of B group ( P<0.05). Conclusion And gauze packing, compared with the application of water sac compression in the treatment of cesarean section bleeding, the effect is more signiifcant.%目的：比较分析剖宫产术中大出血应用水囊压迫与纱布填塞治疗的效果。方法根据止血方式的不同，将60例剖宫产术中出现大出血患者分为A组和B组，A组采用水囊压迫止血，B组采用纱布填塞止血，对比两组治疗效果。结果 A组平均手术时间、并发症发生率以及平均出血量均优于B组（均P＜0.05）。结论和纱布填塞相比，应用水囊压迫治疗剖宫产术中大出血，效果更为显著。
