Objective Discussion of donepezil hydrochloride treatment of Alzheimer's clinical effect. Methods The control group received routine clinical care, research group in the conventional treatment based on the use of donepezil hydrochloride, two groups of alzheimer's patients continued treatment a month, recording intelligent mental state before and after the treatment, changes in activities of daily living. Results Two groups of Alzheimer's patients before treatment life skills, intelligence mental state comparison results no signiifcant difference (P>0.05), after treatment, life skills, intelligence mental state has improved compared with before, but the effect is more ideal study group improved (P<0.05). Conclusion Alzheimer patients treated with conventional therapy combined with donepezil hydrochloride can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, will help protect the quality of life of patients.%目的：探讨盐酸多奈哌齐治疗老年痴呆临床应用效果。方法对照组给予临床常规治疗，研究组在常规治疗基础上加用盐酸多奈哌齐，两组老年痴呆患者均持续治疗1个月，记录其治疗前后智能精神状态、日常生活能力变化情况。结果两组老年痴呆患者治疗前生活能力、智能精神状态对比结果差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后生活能力、智能精神状态均较之前有所改善，但研究组改善效果更为理想（P＜0.05）。结论对老年痴呆患者给予常规治疗联合盐酸多奈哌齐可提高其临床疗效，有利于保障患者生活质量。
