目的：分析研究超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞在小儿骨科手术中的应用价值。方法选取2015年1月～2016年1月在我院接受骨科手术的98例患儿作为研究对象，随机分为两组，各49例。对照组患儿进行肌间沟法臂丛神经阻滞，观察组进行超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞，对比观察两组患儿麻醉效果：麻醉起效时间、持续时间以及总操作时间。结果观察组麻醉起效、持续、总操作时间均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论超声引导下的臂丛神经阻滞麻醉方法能够有效缩短麻醉操作时间及起效时间，且持续时间相比于传统麻醉方式较长，具有一定临床价值。%Objective To analyze the value of ultrasound guided brachial plexus block in pediatric department of orthopedics operation. Methods 98 cases of children were randomly divided into two groups, each of 49 cases in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital, and cases were randomly divided into groups. The control group with intermuscular sulcus brachial plexus block, the observation group ultrasound guided brachial plexus nerve block, of two groups of patients were observed and compared the effect of anesthesia onset time of anesthesia, duration and total operation time. Results The observation group anesthesia onset, duration, total operation time was signiifcantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound guided brachial plexus block anesthesia can shorten the operation time and the onset time of anesthesia, and has a certain clinical value compared with the traditional anesthesia method.
