General surgery internship of clinical medical students is an important part of clinical practice, and is the basis of surgical practice. During this period, the students primarily contacted with the clinical faculty, and the students' theoretical knowledge transformed to practical. Basing on the conditions of the internships and the experiences of teaching, we explored various methods in the general surgical practice teaching, and improved teaching quality, which provides support for future clinical practice teaching.%医学生的普外科实习是临床实习的重要组成部分，是外科实习的基础，是由医学生向医生转化的必经阶段，目的是让学生的理论知识向实践知识转化。根据实习学生的实际情况，结合带教经验，探讨各种教学方法在普外科实习带教中的应用，提高教学质量，为今后的临床实习带教工作提供支持。
