Objective To explore the effect of triple therapy combined with probiotics on Helicobacter pylori eradication. Methods 108 cases of peptic ulcer patients admitted to our hospital as the research object, according to the hospital admission time as the principle, they were grouped, 54 cases in each group. Control group and observation group were treated with sequential therapy, triple therapy combined with probiotics treatment, after a course of treatment, the clinical treatment effect and adverse reaction rate of two groups were compared. Results Observation group of Helicobacter pylori cure rate was 94.44% was better than that of the control group 79.63%, with statistical significance (P<0.05); The adverse reactions in the observation group occurred rate was 7.41% and was lower than that of the control group 27.78%, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Triple therapy combined with probiotics in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori is better than sequential therapy, and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower, high safety, it is worth clinical application.%目的：探析联合益生菌的三联疗法与序贯疗法对幽门螺旋杆菌根治的效果对比。方法以我院收治的108例消化性溃疡患者为研究对象，以入院时间先后为分组原则，每组54例。对照组和观察组分别釆用序贯疗法、三联疗法联合益生菌治疗，治疗1个疗程后，对比分析临床治疗效果和不良反应发生率。结果观察组的幽门螺旋杆菌根治率为94.44%优于对照组的79.63%，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组的不良反应发生率为7.41%，低于对照组的27.78%，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论三联疗法联合益生菌对幽门螺旋杆菌的治疗效果优于序贯疗法，且不良反应发生率低，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。
