Objective To discuss the experience of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with delayed encephalopathy of carbon monoxide poisoning. Methods 12 cases with delayed encephalopathy of carbon monoxide poisoning from August 2014 to July 2015 in our hospital treated with hyperbaric oxygen were selected as objects. Clinical efficacy before and after treatment and care was analyzed. Results 12 patients after treatment effective number of cases was 11 cases. The effect was obvious. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen treatment of carbon monoxide poisoning delayed encephalopathy is an effective method of treatment, only reasonable and effective care after the effect is significant, and promote the recovery of patients.%目的：探讨在对高压氧治疗一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病患者护理中的体会。方法选择2014年8月～2015年7月在我院治疗的12例一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病患者为研究对象，分析高压氧治疗和护理后的临床效果。结果12例患者经过治疗后有效例数达到11例，效果明显。结论高压氧治疗一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病是一种有效的治疗方法，合理有效的护理后效果显著，促进患者的恢复。
