Objective To investigate the serum cystatin C (CysC) and high-sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) for the detection of type 2 diabetic nephropathy signiifcance.Methods40 cases of type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as observation group, 40 cases of healthy physical examination were selected as the control group, comparison of two groups of patients with CysC, hs-CRP levels and two indicators of the positive rate of individual and joint detection.Results The observation group CysC, hs-CRP was signiifcantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the positive rate of the two joint examination was signiifcantly higher and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Serum cystatin C and high sensitivity C reactive protein has important diagnostic value for detection of type 2 diabetic nephropathy with high sensitivity.%目的：探讨血清胱抑素C（CysC）与高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）对2型糖尿病肾病检测的意义。方法选择我院2014年1月～2015年12月收治的2型糖尿病肾病患者40例作为观察组，选择同期健康体检者40例作为对照组，比较两组患者CysC、hs-CRP水平及两项指标单独及联合检测的阳性率。结果观察组CysC、hs-CRP高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），两项联合检查的阳性率与各项单独检测的阳性率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论血清胱抑素C与高敏C反应蛋白对2型糖尿病肾病检测具有重要的诊断价值，灵敏度高。
