目的：研究分析临床护理路径对精神分裂症患者的护理效果。方法选取本院2010年12月～2012年12月收治的精神分裂症患者112例，分为对照组和治疗组两组。对照组患者使用常规护理方法开展健康教育，治疗组患者使用临床护理路径进行相应的健康教育，分析比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组患者的精神分裂症相关知识的知晓率明显高于对照组患者，两组患者的结果差异统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论使用临床护理路径开展健康教育的治疗组患者的疾病相关知识以及遵医行为得到了明显的提升。%Objective Research and analysis of clinical nursing path of patients with schizophrenia.Methods Selected 112 patients with schizophrenia in our hospital between December 2010 and December 2012, and divided into two group, control group and treatment group. Control group patients using conventional nursing methods to carry out health education, the treatment group patients using clinical nursing path for the corresponding health education, to compare the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results Treatment group of patients with schizophrenia patients awareness of related knowledge was obviously higher than that of control group, the results of two groups of patients with significant comparative differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Using clinical care path to carry out health education has been signiifcantly effect, and the recurrence rate was signiifcantly lower.
