目的：对比分析微创手术与传统手术在临床小儿疝气治疗中的应用价值。方法随机将130例小儿疝气患者分成甲乙两组各65例，分别给予传统与微创治疗，观察其治疗效果。结果乙组在手术时间、术中的出血量与住院时间、术后并发症发生率均要低于甲组（P＜0.05）。结论对于小儿疝气患者，给予其微创手术治疗，可明显缩短患儿术中出血量与住院时间，且并发症少。%Objective Comparative analysis of the application value of minimally invasive operation and traditional operation in clinical treatment of pediatric hernia.Methods 130 cases of hernia patients were divided into two group of each 65 cases, they were given conventional and minimally invasive treatment, observed the curative effect.Results B group in the operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume and duration of hospitalization, the incidence of postoperative complications were less than group A (P<0.05).Conclusion For children colic patient, given minimally invasive operation treatment, can obviously shorten the children intraoperative bleeding and hospitalization time, and fewer complications.
