目的：分析评价PFNA微创术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法对本院2008年3月～2012年3月收治的36例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折进行骨折内固定后不愈合的骨折患者，全部行PFNA微创进行治疗。结果36例患者均得到有效治疗，Harris评分标准评分从平均得分（51.3±2.7）分增至平均得分（91.3±4.1）分，前后比较具有统计学意义（t=48.88，P＜0.05）。结论 PFNA微创术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折具有较好的临床疗效。%Objective To analysis PFNA minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods 36 cases of aged patients with intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital in 2008 March~March 2012 were selected, all used PFNA minimally invasive treatment. Results All of the 36 patients were effectively treated, the average Harris score was (51.3+2.7) and (91.3+4.1) before and after the treatment, the comparison had statistical signiifcance (t=48.88,P<0.05).ConclusionPFNA minimally invasive surgery for the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of femur in aged patients has good clinical curative effect.
