ObjectiveTo analysis the application effect of humanized nursing in neurology department.MethodsChose 22 hospitalized patients between April 2012 to April 2012 admitted in neurology department in our hospital, used humanistic care, and understood patients by means of questionnaire about humanized nursing satisfaction.ResultsThrough the study of the humanization of 22 patients with neurology hospital care, the patient's psychological, physiological and physical condition were greatly improved. 18 cases were very satisifed, 3 cases were satisifed, the total satisfaction rate was 95.45%.ConclusionHumanized nursing not only can make patients rapid rehabilitation, it also can enhance the level of hospital medical service.%目的：分析神经内科人性化护理的应用效果。方法选取2012年4月～2014年4月我院神经内科收治的22例住院患者，对其进行人性化护理，并通过调查问卷的方式了解患者对人性化护理的满意程度。结果通过对22例神经内科住院患者进行人性化护理后，患者的心理、生理以及身体状况都得到了极大地改善；在满意度调查中，18例非常满意，3例基本满意，总满意度95.45%。结论对患者进行人性化护理，不仅能让患者快速康复，还能让患者感受到医院对他们的关怀，对于提升医院医疗服务水平具有重要作用。
