ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of traction and massage in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods Select 80 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in our hospital as research subjects, they were randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases. The control group were treated with traction therapy alone, the observation group were treated with massage therapy on the basis of traction therapy. Comparison of two clinical patient outcomes.Results After treatment, the patients in the observation group and the control group of patients with treatment efficiency of 92.5% and 80.0%, respectively, there were significantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion Traction and massage treatment in cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can synergy of the two methods to overcome the limitations of their own individual therapy, the clinical effect is more signiifcant.%目的：研究探讨应用牵引联合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的神经根型颈椎病患者80例作为研究对象，将其随机分为两组，每组40例。对照组患者给予单纯的牵引治疗，观察组患者在对照组的基础上结合推拿治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组患者和对照组患者的治疗有效率分别为92.5%和80.0%，比较有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论应用牵引联合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病，能够发挥两种方法的协同作用，克服单独治疗中的自身局限，临床效果更为显著，患者颈椎得到矫正，疼痛改善。
