目的 观察外伤性脾破裂非手术治疗的临床效果,探讨对其进行护理的有效方式.方法 选取我院收治的外伤性脾破裂患者120例,分为对照组和观察组.使用非手术治疗的方式进行治疗,采用不同的方式进行护理.结果 在治疗方面,所有患者均痊愈出院.观察组患者的护理效果更佳.结论 外伤性脾破裂非手术治疗能够取得良好的效果,不断提高护理的水平能够减少患者在治疗中面对的风险.%Objective To observe the clinical effect of non operation treatment of traumatic splenic rupture, explore the effective way of the nursing. Methods 120 patients admitted to our hospital for traumatic splenic rupture, divided into the observation group and the control group. The use of non operation therapy for the treatment of the way, using different Methods of nursing. Results After treatment, all patients were cured and discharged. Observation group patients care effect is better. Conclusion Non operation treatment can achieve good effect of traumatic rupture of spleen, and constantly improve the level of nursing care can reduce the risk of facing in the treatment of patients.
