目的：比较中医辨证疗法和常规方法在治疗胃溃疡的效果。方法以2014年6月～2015年6月就诊于本院接的70例胃溃疡患者纳为本院研究的对象，分为对照组和观察组。其中，对照组接受常规方法进行治疗，观察组则接受中医辨证疗法进行治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.29%高于对照组的74.29%，两组治疗有效率比较有统计学差异（P ＜0.05)；观察组不良反应率2.86%低于对照组的14.29%，两组不良反应比较有明显差异（P ＜0.05）。结论在胃溃疡的治疗中，中医辨证疗法效果优于常规方法。%Objective To compare the conventional method of TCM therapy and effect in the treatment of stomach ulcers. Methods From June 2014 to June 2015, within the period of treatment in the hospital received 70 patients with gastric ulcer patients is satisfied that the object of study for the hospital, divided into a control group and observation group. Among them, the control group received conventional methods of treatment, observation group received TCM therapy for treatment. Results observation group total effective rate was 94.29% higher than the 74.29%,effective treatment, there were significant differences statistically significant (P<0.05), adverse reaction rate were 2.86% lower than the control group of 14.29%,there were significant differences between two groups of adverse reactions was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In gastric ulcer therapy, TCM therapy is superior to conventional methods.
