目的：探讨女性甲减患者甲状腺素治疗后对改善内皮细胞依赖性血管舒张功能的影响。方法80例甲减女性患者作为研究组，80例同期进行健康体检的女性作为对照组。研究组患者服用甲状腺片治疗。分析比较研究组与对照组 FT3、FT4、TSH 水平以及血管舒张功能。结果研究组治疗前后与对照组 FT3、FT4、TSH 水平结果比较有差异（P＜0.05）；研究组治疗前、治疗后血流介导的血管舒张功能结果比较有差异（P ＜0.05），而基础血管内径、基础血流结果比较无差异（P ＞0.05）。结论本次研究认为接受甲状腺素治疗后，甲减患者的内皮细胞依赖性血管舒张功能能够得到一定改善。%Objective To discuss the improvement of endothelium-dependent vasodilation function of female patients with hypothyroidism after treated by thyroxine. Methods 80 cases of female hypothyroidism patients were selected as study group, and meanwhile 80 cases of healthy females were selected as control group, compared the function of FT3, FT4, TSH levels. Results Before and after treatment FT3, FT4, TSH levels result of study group and control group had significant differences (P<0.05), the flow-mediated dilatation of study group before and after treatment had significant difference (P<0.05),yet the baseline blood vessel size and baseline blood flow showed no difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The study suggested that after receiving thyroxine therapy, endothelium-dependent vasodilation function in patients with hypothyroidism could get some improvement.
