Independent learning ability is one of the abilities that college students have to master. According to the fact that college students’ independent learning ability needs improving, this paper aimed to explore the ways to increasing independent learning ability of college students from 4 aspects as following: arousing study motives, attaching importance to process assessment; providing a wealth of learning resources and correcting exam style.%自主学习能力是当代大学生必须掌握的能力之一，针对当前大学生自主能力尚有待提高的情况，本文从激发学习动机、注重过程考核、提供丰富的学习资源及正考风，改革考核方式四个方面探索提高大学生自主学习能力的方法。
