目的：探究风险管理在肾衰竭血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的肾衰竭血液透析患者100例（2010年10月～2014年12月）作为研究对象，通过随机分组的方法将其分为护理组与对照组，每组患者50例。对照组患者实施常规护理干预，护理组患者在对照组的基础上应用风险管理护理干预，对比2组肾衰竭血液透析患者的护理满意度以及并发症的发生率。结果护理组患者在常规护理的基础上应用风险管理干预，其护理满意度为96.00%（48例），经护理后的并发症发生率为4.00%（2例），对照组其护理满意度为70.00%（35例），并发症发生率为20.00%（10例）， P ＜0.05。结论对肾衰竭血液透析患者在常规护理的基础上实施风险管理干预，可减少并发症发生率，提高患者对护理人员的护理满意度，安全性好。%Objective To explore the effect of Application of Risk Management of hemodialysis in renal failure patients. Methods Select our hospital 100 cases of renal failure in hemodialysis patients (October 2010 to December 2014) as the research object, by the method of randomization divided into treatment group and control group, 50 patients in each group. Implementation of routine nursing intervention in the control group of patients, care group patients were given management nursing intervention additionally, compared to the incidence of nursing satisfaction with the two groups of patients with renal failure and hemodialysis complications. Results Care patients in the usual care group on the basis of risk management interventions, which care satisfaction 96.00% (48 cases), the incidence of complications after treatment 4.00% (2 cases), in the control group, which satisfaction with Nursing Care 70.00% (35 cases), the incidence of complications after nursing 20.00% (10 cases), P<0.05. Conclusion Hemodialysis for kidney failure for patients with risk management interventions in routine care on the basis, can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, improve patient satisfaction with nursing care, security is good.
