Objective To investigate clinical effect of xiaoyao decoction and powder in treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome. Methods 68 patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome were divided into two groups. 34 patients treated xiaoyao decoction as control group. 34 patients treated xiaoyao powder as observation group. Results TCM symptom score in observation group was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05). Total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaoyao decoction and powder can be used in treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome. Xiaoyao powder has better effect.%目的：探讨逍遥散汤剂和散剂治疗肝郁脾虚证的临床效果。方法68例肝郁脾虚证患者分两组，对照组34例采用逍遥散汤剂治疗，观察组34例采用逍遥散散剂治疗。结果观察组中医症状积分低于对照组（P ＜0.05），治疗总有效率高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论逍遥散汤剂和散剂可用于治疗肝郁脾虚证，其中逍遥散散剂效果更佳。
