Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment in children with asthma spray application of the effect of nursing intervention.Methods Selected 60 cases of pediatric asthma as the research object, according to the nursing mode is divided into two groups, each group had 30 cases, the control group were adopt routine care, the observation group for the whole nursing intervention, compared the effect of two gorups.Results Clinical effect observation group was 93.8%,higher than the control group was 81.3%,P＜0.05, was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion The whole nursing intervention for children with asthma atomization treatment effect is good.%目的 探讨在小儿哮喘雾化治疗中应用全程护理干预的效果.方法 选取小儿哮喘60例作为研究对象,按护理模式分为两组,各30例,对照组为常规护理,观察组为全程护理干预,对比效果.结果 观察组临床效果为93.8%,高于对照组的81.3%,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 全程护理干预用于小儿哮喘雾化治疗中效果优良.
