Objective Analysis the related cause of functional dyspepsia, and to formulate the nursing countermeasures.Methods Randomly divided into observation group and control group of medical treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia in our hospital, analyze the factors related diseases and patients make relevant nursing measures, compared curative effect of two groups.Results The observation group had 36 people were markedly effective, 6 people effectively, 1 was invalid, the effective rate was 97.67%, the control group patients were 25 people, 9 people effectively, invalid 9 people, effective rate was 79.06%, The observation group were more than the control group,P＜0.05, was difference had statistically significance. the difference has statistical value.Conclusion According to the related pathogenic factors of targeted nursing strategy can effectively improve the clinical curative effect, reduce the pain of the patients.%目的 分析功能性消化不良的相关原因,并以此制定护理对策.方法 将我院消化内科治疗的功能性消化不良患者随机分为观察组和对照组,根据相关疾病因素的分析和患者情况制定相关的护理措施,对比两组疗效.结果 观察组显效36人,有效6人,无效1人,有效率为97.67%;对照组显效25人,有效9人,无效9人,有效率为79.06%.观察组多于对照组,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 根据其相关致病因素进行具有针对性的护理对策可以有效的提高患者临床疗效,减轻患者多痛苦.
