目的 探讨托吡酯片单药治疗小儿癫痫的临床效果.方法 选取2011年3月～2014年5月收治40例癫痫患儿作为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组保持原来的抗癫痫药物的品种及剂量,加用托吡酯片为辅料进行治疗,观察组单独使用托吡酯片治疗,观察两组癫痫患儿的临床疗效及不良反应发生率情况.结果 观察组的总有效率及不良反应发生率优于对照组,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 托吡酯片单药治疗小儿癫痫具有显著的临床疗效,不良反应较少.%Objective To study the topiramate monotherapy the clinical effect of pediatric epilepsy.Methods Selected 40 cases of children with epilepsy from March 2011 to May 2014 as the research object, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group to maintain the original species and dose of antiepileptic drug, with topiramate tablet for complementary makings treatment, the observation group used alone topiramate treatment, observed the clinical curative effect of two groups of children with epilepsy and incidence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of observation group of children with epilepsy and the incidence of adverse reaction was better than control group in children with epilepsy,P＜0.05, was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion Topiramate monotherapy pediatric epilepsy has significant clinical curative effect, less adverse reaction.
