目的 探讨唑来膦酸治疗老年性骨质疏松患者的临床效果.方法 将老年性骨质疏松患者72例分为两组,各36例,对照组给予钙尔奇D治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上添加唑来膦酸治疗.结果 观察组治疗有效率91.7%,对照组治疗有效率77.8%,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.两组患者治疗后股骨颈骨密度以及腰椎骨密度相较于治疗前提升,同时观察组提升程度大于对照组,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 唑来膦酸治疗老年性骨质疏松患者疗效显著,患者骨密度提高.%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of zoledronate in treatment of senile osteoporosis.Methods Selected 72 cases of senile osteoporosis patients were divided into two groups, each group had 36 cases, the patients in the control group were given caltrate D, the observation group basis on the control group treatment of adding zoledronic zoledronic acid therapy.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 91.7%, the effective rate was 77.8% in the control group,P＜0.05, was difference had statistically significance.Two groups of patients after treatment of femoral neck bone mineral density and lumbar bone density compared to the treatment before, the observation group was higher than the control group,P＜0.05, was difference had statistically significance. Conclusion The clinical effect of the treatment of senile osteoporosis with the effect of the treatment of senile osteoporosis is obvious, the bone mineral density is improved.
