阿莫西林适应性菌株遗传稳定性的研究

         

摘要

以阿莫西林适应性干酪乳杆菌为研究对象,在去掉阿莫西林的培养基中继续培养1 000代.期间,分别对其细胞形态、活菌数、浊度和耐药性进行监测.结果表明:在去掉阿莫西林中连续培养1 000代后,细胞形态、活菌数、浊度和耐药性都没有发生明显变化,所以干酪乳杆菌阿莫西林适应性菌株具有良好的遗传稳定性.%In this study,amoxicillin adapted Lactobacillus casei was used as research object,which was subcultured in the medium without amoxicillin for 1 000 generations.During the experimental process,we monitored the cell morphology,viable count,turbidity and resistance phenotype.The results showed that the cell morphology,viable count,turbidity and resistance phenotype have not changed significantly,so the adapted Lactobacillus casei had a good genetic stability.
