Aiming at the status of the manual record of adverse event in most hospitals, the system of reporting, examining, approving, collecting and analyzing the adverse events were designed and realized. The database of adverse events was designed to standard the filling and reporting process and promote the continuous improvement of medical quality management. The promotion of the system can reduce the burden of health care workers, and shorten the hospital adverse events cycle of reporting and approval. Meanwhile, it could also realize the real-time monitoring of adverse events and collect the detailed information. Finally, the system standardized the procedure of medical adverse event management, improves the medical quality and reduces medical disputes.%针对手工记录填报不良事件仍是大多数医院的现状,设计并实现了具有不良事件上报、查询、审批、汇总及统计分析等功能的医院不良事件上报系统.系统设计了不良事件数据 库,规范了填写项目和上报审批流程,促进了医院质量管理的持续改进.系统的推广可以减轻医护人员的工作负担,缩短医院不良事件的上报和审批周期,并能及时监控事件发生的具体情况 .最终规范了医院不良事件的管理,提升医疗质量,减少医疗纠纷.
