目的:研究建立支持区域卫生管理人员进行统计分析和决策的区域卫生信息管理平台指标体系,为今后卫生信息管理平台的研发提供依据.方法:在国家卫生指标概念框架的基础上,根据区域卫生信息管理需求收集并筛选指标.结果:98个区域卫生指标大部分都可归入国家卫生指标概念框架,且指标分布情况差别不大.对于有实际管理需求而不在国家卫生指标概念框架范围内的指标,则在概念框架的基础上增加新维度.结论:国家卫生指标概念框架能帮助归纳、整理大量复杂分散的卫生指标,使卫生指标条理化、结构化,对区域卫生信息管理平台指标的建立具有指导意义.%Objective: Study on the indicators system for regional health information management platform which can provide statistics analysis and decision-making for regional health management. The indicators system can also provide a basis for the subsequent information platform development. Methods: Based on the concept framework of national health indicators, we collected and selected indicators according to regional health management requirements. Results: Most of the 98 regional health indicators can be classified into the concept framework of national health indicators. The distribution of the regional health indicators is similar to national health indicators. For indicators that are not within the framework of the national health indicators, we add a new dimension to the conceptual framework. Conclusion: The concept framework of national health indicators can help to summarize and organize a large number of complex and decentralized health indicators. It can also make the health indicators structured and provide guidance to the establishment of the regional health information management platform.
