目的:探讨利用微信平台为儿科护士提供在职培训,并评价培训效果.方法:建立微信公众平台和微信群,在微信平台上设计了移动课堂、交流园地及质量控制3个模块.按照培训计划,教学老师在移动课堂板块定期推送护理制度、知识与技能相关文字、图片及视频,并在微信群中进行难点解答及重点讲解,鼓励群内所有护士与教学老师及其他护士交流互动.值班人员在交流园地定时推送护理新技术、新理念,展示培训工作亮点,收集意见建议.护士长带领培训考核小组人员进行培训质量控制并将结果公示于质量控制板块.结果:实施微信护士在职培训后,本科室培训质量明显提高,N1-N4级护士对培训工作满意度由55.81%上升至95.35%,护理三基理论及操作考核合格率由77.90%上升至94.18%,护理操作并发症发病率由5.24%下降至0.06%,护士核心能力有所提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:基于微信平台的培训,是提高护士在职培训质量的有效方法之一,体现了科技与护理管理的有效结合.%Objective: Discuss the effect evaluation about Weixin based pediatric nurse vocational training method. Methods: Establish Weixin public platform and Weixin group, design mobile classroom, communicating garden and quality control on such platform. According to the training plan, tutor will distribute nursing system, knowledge and skills relatived text documents, pictures, videos. Tutor will also give some difficult solutions and keypoint explations. The communication between tutor and nurses is encouraged. The nurse on duty will distribute up dated technology, concept, and show the highlights of this vocational training. Head nurse lead training and assessment team undertake training quality control, the result will publish on the quality control plate. Results: After Weixin based pediatric nurse vocational training begins, the quality of training in our department is significantly improved; Satisfaction degree about training in N1-N4 nurses, increased from 55.81% to 95.35%; Basic nursing theory and operational check qualification rate Increased from 77.90% to 94.18%; incidence of complications of nursing operation decreased from 5.24% to 0.06%. Nurses' core competence has been improved, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: WeChat based training is one of the effective ways to improve the quality of nurses' job training, Embodies the effective combination of science and technology and nursing management.
